Object
The present contract is established
between Armorial company,
registered in France, and a
customer within the framework
of mail order selling of products
or services.
By ordering from our site at
www.armorial.com, you agree to
the present terms and conditions
in their entirety.
Legal notice
The contractors agree that
this contract is submitted to
French law and in particular
to the regulation pertaining
to mail order selling (articles
L 121-16 to 121-20 of the consumer
code “code de la consommation”)
Order confirmation and contract
validation
The commercial offers presented
in this website are in no way
definitive.
The order confirmation given
by Armorial after validation
of the credit card payment is
the only proof of acceptation
of the order.
Armorial will then confirm
the acceptation of the order
to the customer by choosing
one of the following means:
e-mail, telephone, fax or post
mail.
The information of acceptation
or refusal of an order will
be given to the customer in
the following 48 working hours
after reception of the order
form.
Armorial may not validate
a payment and therefore not
confirm an order for various
reasons: supply problems, errors
in the order form received,
potential problems regarding
the delivery point.
Obligations of both sides
Armorial 's obligations
The Armorial company must,
after having accepted an order
and its payment, deliver the
ordered goods to the customer.
Delivery is made by Post services
or another carrier if needed.
Delivery terms are from one
to seven days in France, for
other countries, please ask
us by e-mail.
The customers’ obligations
The customer agrees to provide
Armorial with a delivery address
at which the delivery can be
made during working hours. The
customer agrees to pay the price
indicated by Armorial (price
of the goods and transportation
fees), and to pay/have someone
pay the forwarder/fowarding
agent the customs charges, VAT
or any other taxes related to
the importation of goods in
the country of delivery.
According to the article L121-16
of the consumer code, the buyer
(the client) has a 7 day period
from the date of reception of
his order to return the goods
to the seller in order to proceed
to an exchange or for a refund
without any charges except the
return transportation fees.
